About the Role

As Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team in providing exceptional hospitality to our guests. Your primary focus will be on creating a warm and welcoming environment, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a positive first impression of our hotel
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of Welcome Hosts to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Create and manage rotas to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business demands
  • Upsell hotel services and amenities to guests, promoting a positive experience
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Previous supervisory experience in a hotel, bar, or restaurant environment is desirable, but not essential.
