Pandora is seeking a highly capable and results-driven Supervisor to join our team in our store. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor, motivating the team to drive sales and excel in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hold daily team briefs to share store KPIs and motivate the team to beat sales targets
  • Perform store walks to understand commerciality and shape visual merchandising
  • Monitor store sales figures and handle serious complaints
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills
  • Build relationships with customers and provide exemplary service
  • Act as key holder and ensure store opening/closure procedures are followed
  • Cash up and reconcile till systems
  • Assist with administrative duties, including recruitment and disciplinary hearings
  • Operate the till system and handle financial transactions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in driving sales and profitability in a retail environment
  • Passion for driving a culture of exemplary customer service
  • Strong communication skills to establish and coach a high-performance team
