About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team and play a vital role in our ongoing expansion. As a Bookkeeper, you will work closely with clients, providing essential support through regular contact by phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using popular accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage for bookkeeping and VAT return submissions.
- Providing financial support to clients, including managing accounts, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships, with a focus on building trust and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives, including during peak periods.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage.
- Experience with VAT return submissions.
- Strong Excel skills and IT proficiency.
- A passion for building strong client relationships.
- Ideally, AAT qualified or working towards qualification.

- A competitive salary range, up to £33,000 depending on experience.
