Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all patients
- Manage patient diaries and schedules to ensure timely appointments and minimal waiting times
- Work closely with our dental team to understand treatment options and provide patients with clear and concise information
- Process payments and chase outstanding patient debt in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
