About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Vending Machine Technician to join our team at Eurest. As a Vending Machine Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our vending machines across various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Vending Machine Inventory: Ensure that vending machines are fully stocked and replenished with a wide range of products to meet customer demands.
  • Perform Regular Maintenance: Conduct routine checks and maintenance tasks to ensure vending machines are in good working condition, clean, and free from any issues.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to vending machines in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with the Vending Team: Work closely with the vending team to ensure seamless operations, share best practices, and provide support as needed.
  • Meet Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to vending machine uptime, customer satisfaction, and sales growth.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong technical skills and knowledge of vending machine operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement corrective actions to ensure vending machine uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Time Management Skills: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
