Camp Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Camp Manager to join our team at Camp Beaumont Day Camps. As a Camp Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our award-winning multi-activity day camp during the school holidays.
You will be the key person that everyone at camp looks to for motivation, support, and direction. Therefore, you must have a proven track record of working within a childcare setting and managing small teams.
The ability to communicate effectively is essential in this position, as you will frequently interact with parents and work closely with the area manager and call centres.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children, has a high level of safeguarding awareness, and is able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to work independently.
About Us:Camp Beaumont Day Camps is a growing organization that runs award-winning day camps for children between the ages of 3 and 14 across the South of England during the school holidays.
We operate weekdays only between 8am and 6pm, meaning you will have the weekends off. Our camps are a fun and supportive work environment with like-minded individuals.
We offer industry-leading pay rates, with the opportunity to earn up to 17.93* per hour. You will also enjoy 50% off Camp Holidays and be able to give your family and friends 20% off our Camp Holidays.
We are committed to providing inspirational training and opportunities for career progression within our wider group of brands, including our adventure centres and training provider.
Successful candidates are required to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure and provide two professional references.
