**Teaching Assistant - Level 3**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality education to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist teachers in the planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons to students in Early Years settings.
- Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, ensuring they have access to the curriculum.
- Develop and implement engaging learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Proven experience working in a pre-school setting or as a Teaching Assistant in Early Years.
- Excellent behavior management skills and the ability to work effectively with students of varying ages and abilities.
- Ability to plan and deliver engaging learning activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff.
