About the Role:

This is a key position within our finance team, responsible for preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. You'll oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with deadlines. Your expertise will be essential in managing the consolidation of financial statements for all entities within the group.

You'll be responsible for monitoring and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances, ensuring all financial reporting complies with IFRS and GAAP. Additionally, you'll prepare and submit regulatory filings and ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations, including tax filings and statutory accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes to ensure compliance with deadlines.
  • Managing the consolidation of financial statements for all entities within the group.
  • Monitoring and reconciling intercompany transactions and balances.

Candidate Requirements:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with:

  • ACA or ACCA qualification.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
