Recruitment Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recruitment Service Assistant to join our new Employment and Recruitment Service at Lancaster University. This exciting initiative aims to provide a commercial temporary and permanent recruitment service within the local area, offering employment opportunities for Lancaster's students and graduates.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service at a student-facing Recruitment Service Desk
- Analyse bulk data and be proactive in solving problems
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationships
- Manage and maintain accurate financial processes, including timesheet administration and payroll queries
- Excellent general IT and administrative skills
- Good first-level education (minimum 5 GCSEs Grades A-C, including Maths and English)
- Service-driven and results-orientated with a keen eye for detail
- Annual leave - 25 days (pro-rata) plus university closure days and bank holidays
- Access to employee pension scheme and annual flexible benefits scheme
