Carbon60 Careers is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their global real estate client's team, based at a site in the UK.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance for electrical activities is completed to schedule
  • Carry out routine maintenance work associated with all electrical systems
  • Isolate defective equipment from power supply, check visually for faults, test for faults, isolate the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem
  • The installation of electrical systems and associated equipment followed up with the appropriate certification
  • Respond to reactive maintenance requests as directed
  • Comply with all company procedures
  • Taking an active part in the on-call system, which may require the applicant to become an authorised person for their relevant competency
  • Adherence to all current company procedures


Requirements:

  • DBS clearance required before starting
  • BPSS clearance will be processed funded by the employer
  • Salary: £38k + benefits and OT rates
  • Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
  • Contract: Permanent
