Job Title: Global Process Specialist

Job Summary:

BMI Group is seeking a highly skilled Global Process Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our process improvement team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our warehouse management processes are standardized, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to standardize warehouse management processes and share best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a robust knowledge library containing process documentation and global SOPs.
  • Monitor warehouse management process performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay current on industry and technology advances for warehouse management and implement new capabilities within BMI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading or managing warehouse operations.
  • Working knowledge of SAP IM and MM processes.
  • Fluent in Business English, both written and oral.

  • Confident with strong ability to influence peers and stakeholders.
  • Organized and target-driven.
