We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Laboratory Manager to join our team at D R Newitt Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of QCs, microbiologists, and bakers in a dynamic laboratory environment.

Your expertise will be utilized to manage laboratory operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. With a strong background in general bakery experience and lab management, you will be well-equipped to drive success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 10 QCs, microbiologists, and bakers
  • Manage laboratory operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

What We Offer:

  • C.£55k salary
  • 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract
  • Monday-Friday, with occasional travel to Corby and Northampton
  • 1 Day Work From Home
  • 25 Days Holiday
  • Pension Contribution up to 10%
