Senior Architect Opportunity

McKenzie Strickland Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its Highland Perthshire office.

The successful candidate will have a comprehensive portfolio showcasing high-end residential and hospitality projects, with a strong focus on sustainable design principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of design, quality, and compliance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Liaise closely with clients, consultants, and contractor teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Integrate sustainable design principles into all stages of project development.
  • Manage project risks and identify opportunities to enhance efficiencies and processes.
  • Provide creative design solutions, aligning with the company's vision and client needs.
Requirements
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience as an architect, with a strong background in high-end residential and hospitality projects.
  • Proficiency in CAD drawing and 3D visualization is required.
  • Strong understanding of all RIBA work stages and direct experience in sustainable design and architecture.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills, with permission to work in the UK.
