The Role: Design Lead

We are seeking a talented and passionate Design Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the user experience for our diverse range of products and services.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to refine product concepts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Create user-centric designs that are both visually appealing and functionally effective, prioritizing accessibility for all users.
  • Conduct thorough user research to inform design decisions and create solutions that meet the specific needs of our target audience.
  • Maintain a consistent design language across all platforms and ensure adherence to established style guides.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in designing user interfaces for digital products, with a strong understanding of UX principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present design concepts to stakeholders.
  • A data-driven approach to design, utilizing analytics to inform and improve user experiences.
  • Experience in the insurance or travel industry is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in HCI/Usability/Design or a related field.
