Job Title: Assistant M&E Quantity Surveyor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with cost value reconciliations, supporting cash flow forecasting, managing subcontractor accounts, negotiating variations, and finalizing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Support Cash Flow Forecasting to maintain a healthy financial position.
  • Manage Subcontractor Accounts to ensure timely payments and efficient project delivery.
  • Negotiate Variations and Finalize Accounts to ensure fair and transparent financial dealings.
  • Procure Mechanical and Electrical Sub-Contractors to meet project requirements.
  • Prepare Monthly Project Cost Reports to provide stakeholders with accurate financial information.
  • Compile Project Valuations and Final Account Preparation to ensure accurate financial closure.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious and Enthusiastic Individual with a strong passion for the M&E sector.
  • Strong Communication Skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the M&E sector, with a solid understanding of industry practices and regulations.
  • Relevant Qualifications, such as a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
