We typically operate under traditional JCT contracts and Design and Build agreements. Our expertise lies in traditional and heritage construction techniques, and we have built a strong reputation with a loyal customer base. As a small to medium-sized enterprise, we maintain a turnover of £15 million and employ over 25 dedicated staff members.Role Overview:
In the role of Construction Estimator, you will report directly to the Directors and collaborate with two other estimators. Your primary responsibility will be to manage inquiries independently and transform them into confirmed contracts with set start dates.
By working closely with clients, you will interpret their requirements and develop successful bids using traditional estimation techniques based on project drawings and details.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1. Demonstrated experience as a construction estimator within the UK.
