Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Midwife to join our team in Essex. As a Registered Midwife, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective abortion care to our clients, working in a hands-on, fast-paced, dynamic setting.

Main Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality abortion care to clients, including Early Medical Termination of Pregnancy (EMA) and Surgical Termination of Pregnancy (SToP).
  • Provide contraception services to clients who request it.
  • Work independently in our community treatment centres in Southend, Dagenham, Romford, and Colchester, once fully trained.
  • Participate in comprehensive training to expand your competencies and master skills such as ultrasound scanning, implant and coil fitting.

Person Specification

We are looking for a Registered Midwife with a current Nursing and Midwifery Council Pin, who shares our vision of making choice a reality for everyone. You will be provided with a bespoke training package tailored to your clinical experience.
