The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team as a Field Care Supervisor. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and growth of our care assistants, ensuring they receive the highest standard of training and support.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for care assistants
- Conduct regular audits and compliance checks to ensure high standards are maintained
- Provide coaching and support to care assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless recruitment, compliance, and customer reviews processes
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure the safety and well-being of our customers
