Job Title: Waiter

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Waiter to join our team at Leydi, a modern Turkish restaurant in the heart of London. As a Waiter, you will be the face of our guests' experience, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable moments throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet guests, find suitable seating, and accommodate requests
  • Rock the setup and breakdown of the floor, service stations, and backstage areas
  • Owning the guest experience and creating memorable moments
  • Check reservations system for bookings and special requests
  • Stocking of condiments and assisting with stock system
  • Cleaning of all restaurant spaces, including areas guests will travel
  • Keeping the beat with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy Front of House role, with a genuine passion for making people feel looked after
  • Ability to think on your feet and anticipate guests' needs
  • Passionate about creating memorable experiences for others, be they guests or colleagues
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
