Position Overview:
Talent Hire Lutterworth is seeking a dedicated Production Facility Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Production Facility Supervisor, you will report directly to the Area Operations Manager and be responsible for the following:
  • Ensuring the Health & Safety of all personnel and visitors on site.
  • Adhering to and promoting all company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Overseeing the precise production of Readymix products.
  • Coordinating the timely procurement and delivery of raw materials.
  • Conducting weekly and monthly inventory assessments.
  • Managing the entry of Drivers, Visitors, and Cash Customers, maintaining a professional environment and ensuring compliance with site regulations.
  • Facilitating defect reporting and collaborating with management and contractors for plant maintenance.
  • Implementing general housekeeping and site enhancement initiatives.
  • Upholding Environmental policies and maintaining accurate records.
  • Updating and monitoring documentation within the PACS system.
  • Exhibiting flexibility and a positive attitude towards working hours in alignment with business needs.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Self-motivation and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively engage with customers and suppliers.
  • A commitment to Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.
  • Previous experience in concrete or mortar production is advantageous.
  • An NVQ qualification in mobile plant operation is preferred.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 7 AM - 5 PM
Saturday Mornings: 7 AM - 12 PM
