Content Creation Lead

Job Summary:
Macildowie Recruitment and Retention is seeking an experienced Content Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and user-focused written and video content for multiple HD digital brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and maintain a content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of two Content Executives who deliver content for HD brands.
- Content Planning: Plan and deliver video content for use on social channels for HD brands.
- Content Review: Support the Content Designer with website copy as part of the site review process.
- Content Sign-off: Sign off for written email/newsletter copy across multiple brands.
Requirements:
- Expertise in content creation with a keen eye for detail and exceptional editorial judgement.
- Ability to think creatively and transform early ideas into actionable plans.
- Confident and skilled communicator with the ability to collaborate with the wider marketing team.
- Hands-on experience with day-to-day content responsibilities such as maintaining and updating articles and website copy to support SEO.
