About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Art Dealer to join our team at Clarendon Fine Art. As an Art Dealer, you will be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with clients and inspiring them to purchase and build their perfect art collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the brand in the gallery, greeting and qualifying new clients, and onboarding them through various channels.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM): Nurture relationships with new and existing clients, matching our extensive portfolio of world-class art with their tastes and collections.
  • Sales Strategy: Proactively generate new leads, re-engage lapsed clients, and nurture potential buyers, while managing the gallery's database to achieve sales targets.
  • Consultative Sales: Attend home approvals, ensuring every client interaction is personal and exceptional.
  • Events Sales: Host exclusive events and provide a tailored, VIP experience for clients, taking them on a journey from browsing to owning their next masterpiece.
Requirements
  • You are engaging, tenacious, and ready to bring vibrancy to every conversation.
  • You're motivated by hitting and smashing sales targets and eager to earn unlimited commission.
  • You're passionate about delivering a top-tier client experience and building lasting relationships.
  • You have at least one year of experience in a target-driven sales role. Art knowledge is a bonus, but not required.
  • A driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.
