As a Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for executing a range of responsive and scheduled plumbing assignments within both occupied and vacant properties. Your duties will include:
  • Addressing leaks and performing repairs or replacements on toilet seats, shower heads, hoses, and unblocking waste traps, toilets, gutters, and rainwater pipes.
  • Maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, including replacing defective washers and mending broken pipes.
  • Conducting general painting and restoring paintwork post-repair.
  • Repairing and patching plaster, as well as replacing small sections of tiles.

Requirements:
- A valid UK Driving Licence (clean)
- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Plumbing & Heating
- Unvented Hot Water Cylinder G3 certification
