Travel Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Travel Consultant to join our team at Hays Travel. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and travel expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Use your knowledge of travel products and services to recommend and book holidays that meet our clients' requirements.
- Utilize social media platforms to promote our travel services and engage with customers.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by providing excellent customer service and travel expertise.
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related role.
- A proven sales record and excellent communication skills.
- Good accuracy and numerical skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude, with a commitment to contributing to the growth of the business.
- Competent IT skills, with experience of using travel software and systems.
