The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the people agenda and driving business outcomes
  • Building credible relationships with stakeholders, coaching, and challenging managers
  • Addressing day-to-day HR issues and providing sound advice on employment, performance management, and talent management
  • Supporting the leadership team to manage change and implement strategic initiatives
The Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably retail or hospitality, with proven experience as a generalist HR partner
  • Strong employee relations experience and confidence in constructively challenging stakeholders
  • Natural rapport builder and coach with excellent influencing skills
  • CIPD credentials are an advantage
  • Experience working across corporate/head office functions and ability to work autonomously
The Package

In return, the business offers a basic salary of up to £50,000 per annum plus company bonus and benefits. This role will be hybrid, based in Manchester with travel around the UK required to visit stores when needed.
