About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team in Essex. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for estimating, preparing, and submitting detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and other tender documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and prepare detailed cost plans, bills of quantities, and other tender documents
  • Identify, evaluate, and prepare variations to the contract
  • Prepare and submit monthly valuations and invoices for works completed
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the company's commercial strategy
