About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Temporary Division at Just Recruitment Group. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our clients in the temporary sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct interviews and discussions with new candidates to assess their suitability for temporary vacancies
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to find new candidates through networking and online platforms such as Indeed, Reed, and CV Library
  • Upload new candidate registration documents onto our database and perform eligibility checks to ensure compliance with UK regulations
  • Meet with clients to generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships
Requirements
  • Excellent administration, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
  • Persuasive, persistent, and patient with a mature personality
  • Ability to cope with pressure and work to deadlines
  • Good IT skills and flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
