Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that our business operations are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective governance and risk management strategies.
  • Provide expert advice on legal and regulatory matters to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee the development of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our business operations are aligned with our overall strategy and goals.
Requirements:
  • STEP TEP (Trust and Estate practitioner) qualification is essential.
  • Proven experience in administering complex and high-value estates.
  • Comprehensive understanding and ability in the area of Wills and Probate.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify root cause(s) and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate with all levels of an organization including senior leadership.
