About the Role

The Lanes Group plc is seeking a skilled CCTV Drainage Technician to join our team in Birmingham. As a CCTV Drainage Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our CCTV Engineer and contributing to the growth of our depot network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the CCTV Engineer in conducting CCTV surveys of drainage systems using advanced equipment.
  • Measure the heights and depths of pipes, and identify any damages or defects.
  • Operate CCTV equipment to monitor water flow through utility pipes and record findings.
  • Work in a 2-person team to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Use Excel to create site drawings and record defects or damages in drains.
  • Conduct site visits to inspect drainage systems and record findings.

Requirements

  • Driver's license and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in recording findings.
  • OX19 and CSCS Card preferred.
