Critical Care Educator

We are seeking a highly experienced and knowledgeable practitioner to join our team as a Senior Clinical Educator in Critical Care. As a key member of our education team, you will provide leadership in practice development and education to the non-medical workforce.
Main Duties of the Job- Develop and implement education programs to support staff and patient safety and experience.
- Supervise and manage clinical educators to promote effective working across the education team.
- Deliver education programs at a divisional level and where required cross-divisionally in support of organisational priorities.
- Manage and lead education teams.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate education programs.
- Evidence of ongoing professional development through maintenance of NMC revalidation.
- Evidence of specialist knowledge appropriate to the clinical area or practice development and education.
- Familiar with and able to effectively use common office software suites (e.g. MS Office).
- Experience of coaching.
- Experience designing, delivering, and evaluating programs of education.
- Shows pride in the quality of care they provide for patients.
Desirable Criteria:
- Has completed or is currently doing PG Certificate in Education.
