Adult Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced Adult Team Manager to join our team at We Do Social Work. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a team of five agency social workers and ensuring they undertake reviews in care homes and in a person's own home in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate work to team members and monitor throughput
  • Quality assure assessments and ensure continuing health care checklists are implemented
  • Supervise social work staff and provide guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in team management and supervising social work staff
  • Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act, Safeguarding, and Continuing Health Care
  • Desirable: knowledge of the 3 conversation model
