We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at Tbwa Chiat/Day Inc. As a key member of our publications team, you will be responsible for tracking the review process for developing medical publications, maintaining and reporting on client databases, and ensuring the publication process runs smoothly and according to established targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and report on client databases and publication timelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information and publication progress
  • Collaborate with medical writers and account managers to ensure the publication process meets client and author needs
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues related to database management and publication tracking
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on publication progress and client information

Requirements

  • High levels of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize a varied workload
  • Previous experience in data administration and a background in healthcare communications/pharmaceuticals is an asset
