About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at De Vere Tortworth Court. As a key member of our Housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in our bedrooms, bathrooms, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and public spaces.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Report any maintenance issues or concerns to the relevant department.
  • Follow De Vere's lost property procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or hospitality role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
