Senior Service Designer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Designer to join our team at Gl. As a Senior Service Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the service design practice and delivering high-quality service design solutions to our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading consultancy that has established a strong service design practice. You will be part of a collaborative team that includes software engineers, designers, user researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders. Your primary responsibility will be to design and deliver service design solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain service design deliverables, including service concepts, blueprints, and other service design artefacts.
  • Work closely with project teams to identify and prioritize service design activities, such as client workshops, service definitions, and rapid prototyping.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members to develop their service design skills.
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure that service design solutions meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in service design, with experience in delivering service design solutions.
  • Excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and support junior team members.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
