Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional person-centred care to our residents, identifying their needs and abilities.
- Support and encourage residents to maintain their independence, providing elements of personal care as needed.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship to our residents, getting to know them as individuals.
- Contribute to a collaborative and welcoming atmosphere in the home, working closely with the team to achieve this.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
- Full and part-time hours available, with every other weekend off.
- Shift options: 08.00am to 14.15hrs, 13.45hrs to 20.00hrs, or 08.00am to 20.00hrs.
