This division is dedicated to enhancing the performance of Grocery & Retail partnerships, ensuring an optimal delivery experience for clients.
With an emphasis on expansion and customer satisfaction, the team collaborates closely with both local and international units to broaden their customer base and provide outstanding service.
As a Retail Marketing and Merchandising Specialist, you will be instrumental in fostering revenue growth through the experimentation and enhancement of customer-facing elements.
Marketing Responsibilities:
1. Formulating and implementing strategies for Grocery & Retail communications, promotions, campaigns, and product assortment across owned platforms.
2. Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and experiments, utilizing data-driven insights to propel growth.
3. Overseeing item-focused initiatives, including the curation of storefront collections and monthly performance analytics.
4. Leading the merchandising strategy for seasonal events, working in collaboration with key stakeholders.
5. Representing the voice of the UK Grocery & Retail sector, sharing valuable insights with local and global marketing teams while advocating for the team's objectives.
Local Representation:
1. Managing the regional rollout of essential new merchandising product features, with a focus on measuring impact.
2. Enhancing the Grocery & Retail presence within the application and optimizing customer conversion rates.
