Our Graduate Development ProgrammeOur Graduate Development Programme is a two-year structured scheme designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed in the energy industry. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, and build a strong network of colleagues and mentors.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to important and challenging projects across our Commercial, Marketing, and Corporate Staffs business areas
- Develop your analytical and problem-solving skills through hands-on experience and training
- Build a strong network of colleagues and mentors to support your career development
- Participate in regular feedback and coaching sessions to ensure you are meeting your goals and objectives
Our Graduate Development Programme offers the opportunity to work across three business areas:
- Commercial: Our Commercial organisation manages the company's worldwide commodity portfolio, providing market intelligence, managing risk, and creating logistic solutions to enhance returns.
- Marketing: Phillips 66 Limited markets retail and wholesale products across the UK and Europe, with a focus on developing new and deepening current customer-focused relationships to grow product sales.
- Critical Skills/Leadership Criteria: To be considered for this position, you must hold the legal right to live and work in the UK on a permanent basis without restrictions, have a 2:1 degree classification or higher, and possess relevant work experience or a placement within a business or financial setting.
