About the Company: We are working with a leading retail and hospitality business based in the UK. They are looking to leverage data science and machine learning to provide better insights and drive business growth.
About the Role:
- Develop machine learning models to support strategic decision-making processes, focusing on pricing, experimentation, and customer insights.
- Innovate and enhance existing methodologies by creating new data sources, conducting rigorous testing, and fine-tuning forecasting and personalization model parameters.
- Design and develop automated systems to streamline business processes.
- Build customer-facing reporting tools with intuitive interfaces, providing comprehensive insights and metrics to track forecast and personalization performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project scope and deliverables.
- Present data in a clear and concise format, facilitating a quick understanding of inputs and outputs of forecasting systems and contributing to their continual improvement.
Requirements:
- Experience working with pricing, forecasting, experimentation, and customer analytics in a commercial setting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- A relevant industry background is highly valued.
