Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Relief Support Worker to join our team. As a Relief Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong, supportive relationships with colleagues and individuals, leveraging your skills and experience to make a positive impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care and support to individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and their families, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless delivery of care services, adapting to changing needs and priorities.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
Requirements
  • Membership of the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme and completion of necessary vetting checks.
  • Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) and adherence to their standards and criteria.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK, with permission granted by UK Visas and Immigration.
