Job Summary

The B1.3 Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our helicopters meets the highest standards. As a licensed engineer, you will work closely with our Chief Engineer to plan and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring our aircraft are airworthy and ready for operation.

Responsibilities
  • Comply with regulatory requirements and ensure all maintenance tasks meet UK CAA and M.O.E. standards.
  • Develop and implement variable work planning and rosters to support business continuity.
  • Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks to meet operational needs.
  • Conduct daily problem analysis and problem-solving with pilots and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Brief and debrief pilots and the Chief Engineer on maintenance activities.
  • Perform pre-flight checks and ensure necessary maintenance materials and spare parts are available.
  • Report daily on maintenance activities to the Chief Engineer.
Experience
  • UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 License
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation and as a licensed engineer is preferred.
  • Experience in different aviation companies is a plus.
Skills
  • ICT literate with knowledge of aviation software and MS Office.
  • Proficient in English (professional level).
  • Able to work independently and take initiative to improve work and complete tasks within time scales.
  • Logical thinking and good communication skills.
