The B1.3 Engineer is a key member of our team, responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our helicopters meets the highest standards. As a licensed engineer, you will work closely with our Chief Engineer to plan and execute maintenance tasks, ensuring our aircraft are airworthy and ready for operation.
Responsibilities- Comply with regulatory requirements and ensure all maintenance tasks meet UK CAA and M.O.E. standards.
- Develop and implement variable work planning and rosters to support business continuity.
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks to meet operational needs.
- Conduct daily problem analysis and problem-solving with pilots and other relevant stakeholders.
- Brief and debrief pilots and the Chief Engineer on maintenance activities.
- Perform pre-flight checks and ensure necessary maintenance materials and spare parts are available.
- Report daily on maintenance activities to the Chief Engineer.
- UK CAA Part 66 B1.3 License
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in aviation and as a licensed engineer is preferred.
- Experience in different aviation companies is a plus.
- ICT literate with knowledge of aviation software and MS Office.
- Proficient in English (professional level).
- Able to work independently and take initiative to improve work and complete tasks within time scales.
- Logical thinking and good communication skills.
