About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator at Pure Staff Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory databases, uploading new products, and ensuring accurate product records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory databases, including product records and channel-specific pricing.
  • Upload new products and update existing product information, including written content, images, attributes, and pricing.
  • Compile and send daily channel performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Submit content, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing information, to 3rd party marketplaces, dropship partners, and D2C stores.
  • Collate and send range proposals to retail buyers, highlighting key product features and benefits.
  • Implement promotions, monitor and update brand promotional calendars, and submit promotion details to channels.
  • Monitor channel health, including product activations, stock levels, and run rates.
  • Highlight any issues to the Business Unit head and work collaboratively to resolve them.
  • Administer Amazon FBA stock replenishments, working closely with the ops team to ensure efficient stock flow.
  • Monitor and collate data on returns and daily dispatch volumes.
Requirements
  • Excellent level of English language proficiency.
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Excel and other relevant software platforms.
  • Experience in e-commerce is highly desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to operate effectively as part of a team and work independently.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to see the bigger picture and make informed decisions.
  • Integrity of the highest level, with a strong commitment to ethical business practices.
