Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a motivated and caring individual to join our team as an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.
About the Role:
As an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner, you will work alongside our experienced team to create a warm, friendly, and stimulating environment that promotes the development of children's emotional, social, and educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with children between the ages of 0-5 years, organizing activities and providing care and support.
- Assist and meet the personal and emotional needs of individual children, including changing nappies, feeding, and establishing relationships.
- Work under supervision to provide all aspects of care and support to children, ensuring they participate in day-to-day learning and play activities.
- Ensure the setting is safe, clean, and well-presented.
- Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards of work and provide a positive experience for children.
Requirements:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about caring for children, has an outgoing and motivated attitude, and is committed to being punctual and reliable.
What We Offer:
As an Apprentice Nursery Practitioner with Parenta, you will gain extensive knowledge and experience in the early years sector, setting you up for a great career upon completion. This may lead to permanent employment within the early learning years sector or further training opportunities.
Training and Support:
You will receive full training and support from our experienced team, including a personal assessor/tutor assigned to you from the start of your journey. You will work towards a Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Childcare, without attending classroom-based lessons.
