About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support the delivery of sporting and outdoor events. As a Digital Project Coordinator, you will work closely with our expert team to deliver outstanding experiences from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct site visits to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare quotes and costing for projects
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication
  • Collaborate with external crew to ensure timely installations
  • Be on-site for installations to ensure quality and safety
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in the production of outdoor and sporting events, with a focus on structures, branding, wayfinding, or tech. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
