About the Role:

As a Care Activities Coordinator at Nicholas James Care Homes Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our residents by organizing social activities in our care home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Activity Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement programs that cater to residents' interests and abilities, and collaborate with staff to ensure activities promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • Resident Care and Support: Provide exceptional care to residents, respecting their dignity, assisting with daily living activities, supporting mobility, and offering emotional support.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with residents, families, and the care team, while collaborating to create a positive environment.
  • Resident Well-being and Feedback: Maintain accurate records of activity participation and resident feedback.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in a care home or home care setting.
  • Is dedicated to providing care with a commitment to resident empowerment.

Qualifications:
