Role Details

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Working Hours: 13:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday (flexibility available upon mutual agreement)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and integrate effective material handling operations within the organization.
  • Achieve client objectives while adhering to safety standards, cost management, and operational targets.
  • Create, implement, and enhance processes that ensure quality across all service levels.
  • Support the Production Operations team in meeting build deadlines with timely material availability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Conduct layered audits focusing on safety, 5S practices, and operational efficiency.

  • Extensive experience in senior management roles within a logistics or warehouse environment.
  • Proven track record in managing integrated third-party logistics relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and management skills.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is advantageous.
