About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to take on the role of Senior Support Worker - Operations Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational supervision of a team of support workers.

You will play a key role in providing packages of care and delivering quality services in line with legislation. Your responsibilities will include leading, developing, and motivating team members, as well as working towards delivering person-centred services.
