Office Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Forrest Recruitment. As an Office Coordinator, you will provide administrative support across various departments, including Admin and Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support with ledger duties and credit control
  • Process sales orders and send invoices to customers
  • Update spreadsheets, including pivot tables and v-look ups
  • Deal with incoming enquiries and update internal systems
  • Perform postal duties

Requirements:

  • Team player with a professional telephone manner
  • Well-organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
