Auditing and Compliance Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at AMETEK. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining and administering our Business Management System (BMS) across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal audit program to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including UK Reg Part 21G, UK Reg Part 145, EASA Part 21G, EASA Part 145, FAA, and AS9100.
- Lead problem-solving teams to identify and implement effective root cause and corrective/preventive actions in accordance with AAG standard processes.
- Lead customer, regulatory, and certification body audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support regulatory training across the organization, including Human Factors.
- Maintain the company BMS, including document change control processes.
- Support the coordination of regulatory requirements and monitor regulatory changes affecting the organization.
- Ensure customer specifications are incorporated into processes and procedures.
- Support improvement activities in line with the organization's policy deployment process.
- Maintain quality data to support weekly, monthly, and annual Management Reviews.
- Have sufficient knowledge to support the FAIR process to AS9102.
- Monitor and escalate internal product quality issues.
- Participate in improvement activities, including 5S, to drive quality standards across the business.
Requirements:
- GCSE or equivalent Grades A to C in Maths and English.
- Aerospace engineering qualification or closely related field.
- Auditing certification.
- Business Management System knowledge.
- Administration skills.
