Job Summary:

The Project Manager will lead project management activities across one or more of the company's assets. This includes drafting and documenting initial key project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and goals in discussion with company leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project management activities across one or more company assets
  • Draft and document initial key project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and goals
  • Monitor planned project timelines and milestones and track key project activities
  • Manage grant funding applications and grant-funded project work
  • Assess and implement fit-for-purpose software tools for project task management
  • Draft and manage contractor documentation and agreements
  • Manage key project meetings and document and track actions and outcomes
  • Contribute to the financial management of projects, including tracking expenditure and providing project financial information
  • Take a lead role in managing an external data room as appropriate
  • Complete all appropriate GXP/SOP training and adhere to all role-specific SOP requirements
  • Assist with relationship management, tracking status of interactions with key project partners and collaborators
Requirements:
  • Life sciences degree or experience in industry involved and leading drug discovery projects
  • Successful organization skills and full project management lifecycle experience
  • Experience of the legal, contractual, and financial aspects in small biotech
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools
  • Project management training, including Scrum with Kanban (PSK), Professional (PMI) / PRINCE II certification or equivalent
