About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Corserv Care. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting service users with their daily living skills, including personal care, meal preparation, and housekeeping.
  • Assisting service users to access community opportunities and promoting their independence.
  • Working collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
Benefits
  • Competitive rates of pay: £12.36 per hour.
  • Time and a half enhancement on Bank Holidays, plus a day back in TOIL.
  • Time and a half for overtime, over 40 hours.
  • Guaranteed weekly hours from 14 to 36 hours per week.
  • Permanent hours available.
  • Guaranteed payment of contracted hours, including travel and contact time.
  • Mileage allowance: 45p per mile.
  • Annual leave: 31 days (including Bank Holidays), pro-rata for part-time working patterns.

Requirements
